    This is a personalized 45–60 minute one-on-one Zoom session designed to guide and support you every step of the way. You’ll start with a thorough assessment, followed by clear, step-by-step instruction from your practitioner so you can confidently perform your exercises at home. You’ll also have 24/7 access for questions or quick check-ins, ensuring you’re never left without guidance. If your program ever needs adjustments, we’ll be right there to make the changes you need to stay on track and keep progressing.

    This program is designed for 6 months, with session frequency adjusted based on your progress:

    2-Take your routines with you — I’ll send you a PDF with all 10 routines you completed during your program so you can continue at home (please note: you will not have access to our app).
